Abstract
Based on the research on the heating-up of waveguide probe, we discuss the heating-up of air film which is caused by the laser illuminating. The influence of heating-up of air film to the slider bearing system is researched by computer simulation, the rule of the influence and some conclusions related are obtained. The results show that heating-up of the air film has great influence on the slider bearing system, especially in hybrid recording system.
