Abstract
This paper introduced mechanical structure and electric control of new type microcomputer automatic cutter of the strip material, It analysis the key technology of step motor the principle of constant torque chopper drive, cutter motor control and position feedback etc.. The cutter can be set to cut off sheets and strip tubes in accordance with the requirements. It can set the cut length, cut speed, with power off memory and counting function, it is CNC in all process, flexible and easy. The cutter is essential equipment such as heat-shrinkable etc. chemical enterprise on automatic production line.
