  • Abstract
    The research is to propose an integration trust repair framework to reconcile the damaged consumer trust in B2C. Incorporating the present researches on the causes of trust violation and available repair methods in literatures including affective repair efforts, functional repair efforts, and informational repair efforts, we attempt to give an integration thought on trust repair in B2C and provide some hypotheses. In order to repair the damaged trust in B2C effectively, we also present a class of the trust violation type. We wish the propositions discussed in this study will contribute companies repair damaged consumer trust rapidly.
