Abstract
This article introduced communication openness into the study on intercorporate trust and cooperation satisfaction. Based on the theory source, we built the relational model and made an empirical study on the theoretical model by taking the manufacturing enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the samples. Then we chose SPSS and AMOS as statistic tools. The relationship of intercorporate trust, communication openness and cooperation satisfaction was tested through structural equation model. The final test results shown: (1) the calculus-based trust has no significant positive impacts on cooperation satisfaction; (2) The mediation variable (communication openness) worked as partial mediation between relational trust and cooperation satisfaction; (3) The mediation variable (communication openness) worked as partial mediation between institution-based trust and cooperation satisfaction. Finally, we discussed and analyzed the cause of the research results.
