Abstract
When periodic optical divide device is used in laser parallel confocal microscope, it will inevitably result in Talbot effect, which means multiple images arise along the optical path direction, but only one of these images can be used in measurement. A flexible pinhole array, of which the optical parameters can be changed easily, was used in laser parallel confocal measurement, and the pinhole array could help enlarge the Talbot distance and concentrate the light as an aperture. The experiment results indicated that, the impact of Talbot effect in laser parallel confocal microscope reduced obviously with the pinhole array added in.
