Abstract
One of methods for building road 3D integrated model is presented. Firstly, design points and terrain points were merged to form the collect of points needed by modeling, so did design feature lines and terrain feature edges to form constrained edges. Then the incremental insertion algorithm was applied to make the points form standard Delaunay triangular net. Finally, the Delaunay triangular net was adjusted by constraining edges to create constrained Delaunay triangular net. So the road 3D model whose appearance and inner topological relationship were both integrated was created successfully.
