Abstract
This paper takes data of the Chinese high-tech industry as samples, using Analytic hierarchy process (ahp), compares the technology innovation competitiveness of high technology industrial in Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government from the technology innovation competitiveness subsystems of the mechanism of flexibility, the human capital investment, science and technology, and capital allocation and management performance, and the technical innovation competitiveness system level. Through the competitive ranking points of the subsystems and big system, this paper not only reveals the gaps of the technology innovation competitiveness among the regional high-tech industry, but also provides the direction of continuous improvement of the technology innovation competition of the regional high-tech industry in China.
