  • Abstract
    We developed diffuse optical spectroscopy (DOS) to non-invasively measure gold nanoparticle concentrations within tissue. We demonstrate DOS´s accuracy to quantify nanoparticle concentrations using tissue phantoms and an in vivo murine model.
