  • Abstract
    The control system of the steam turbine is strongly non-linear during island formation, so the normal PID can´t control the speed well because of the changeless PID parameters. The Fuzzy self-tuning PID speed control technology, which makes use of the expert experiences to adjust the PID parameters in real-time, is investigated based on normal PID speed control and then is implemented by FPGA (Filed Programmable Gate Array).
