  • Abstract
    The corrupted risk influencing factors comes from the regime, system, artificial and other aspects. They are not independent, but influence each other. With the external conditions and internal environment changes, the corrupted risk influencing factors is changing constantly. For the corrupted risk control, it is the goal for all levels discipline inspection and supervision departments to control the change of risk influencing factors. The paper proposed the corrupted risk influencing factors set. In this paper, constructing the reachability matrix by using discrete mathematics and questionnaire method, then using ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling) method, construct the Interpretative Structural Modeling, It analyses and evaluates the key factors that affecting the effect of corrupted risk prevention, to help the formulate corresponding management measures, and improve the efficiency of prevention corrupted risk.
