  • Abstract
    In order to increase efficiency of data processing in a 3D finite element software package, the double scan method is studied in the paper. Several application examples are discussed. They include formation of address matrix, fast display and cutting of 3D finite element meshes, etc. The method is simple, effective and easy to realize.
