  • Abstract
    IEC61850, based on general-purpose network communication platform, is the only international standard in substation automation system, using XML Schema technical definition of the public information model. These models and modeling method is the standard´s core. The traditional method is static modeling. By analyzing the lack of static modelling, the dynamic modeling method, its practical value and application scenarios are introduced.
