  • Abstract
    This Paper introduced Auto-calibrated the digital multimeter instrument adopting MC68HC11E9 single chip microcomputer as the main chip and fewer periphery circuits, It was carried on going deep into studying to the intelligent calibration technique and the realization methods, and realized A/D convert of high accuracy, and got the measurement of point accuracy to kill; The feasibility and the technology route was elaborated to use the two sampling A/D convert and designed the intelligent instrument and appearance, it analyzes error of the two sampling A/D convert. The digital multimeter instrument based on intelligent calibration technique can accomplish the measurement of AC&DC voltage and current, also can measure resistance, time and frequency, the measure data can be auto-calibrated.
