  • Abstract
    For fast restoration of telecommunication services after disasters, it is very important to organize restoration actions with an appropriate restoration policy. It is not easy, however, to identify what restoration policy would be best in the event of disaster. We must evaluate the effectiveness of various supposed policies before a disaster strikes us. For this purpose, we have already reported a software simulator for evaluating the effectiveness of restoration policies, and have presented some simulation results. However, the results are few and simple. For practical use, we must study more results obtained by well organized and systematically planned simulations. This article reports further simulation results for use in identifying the best policy for attaining fast restoration of telecommunication services after a disaster
