Abstract
This paper presents a new modeling for a typical hysteresis characteristic by affine dynamical systems. It is known that the traditional method of describing functions for it only includes stationary response and does not include the transient response. Since this new method includes both simultaneously, simulation and control for industrial plants which contain it may be done more accurately than before
