Abstract
In this paper, the accurate solutions of coupled traveling waves are founded in three nonlinear Schrodinger Equations with anisotropism. We introduce the undetermined function F(ξ) in the calculation with our codes aided by maple package. Besides, according to the calculation cases, their movement and transmission characteristics are analyzed under the solitary wave input conditions, and finally the new methods of the traveling wave accurate solutions for tri-helix chain protein motion model are revealed.
