Abstract
The 3D measurement technology on Digital Fringe Pattern Profilometry (DFPP) are widely used in biomedicine, machine vision, industrial inspection and other fields. It has high speed, high accuracy characteristics. This paper studies the basic principle of DFPP deeply. It analyses Phase Shifting Profilometry (PSP) and builds the experiment platform. PSP is used to measure the object´s height information. Experimental results show that using PSP can reconstruct 3D graphics of the object and measure the object´s height information accuracy.
