  • Abstract
    A hybrid excavator loading system has been built by analyzing the typical working condition of 7-tons hybrid hydraulic excavator. This hydraulic loading system can simulate volatility load successfully and its maximum loading power can be more than 40KW. Then set up the hydraulic loading system by AMESim. On this basis, simulate the typical working condition and maximum loading power condition. The results show that this system can meet the design requirements and achieve good simulation of hydraulic excavator´s load.
