Abstract
A method to develop a consensus model from two or more flexible interpretive structural modeling (FISM) models that are constructed by defining the same relations on the same element set by different groups is presented. The method, which is based on the partially filled reachability matrix model, discovers exactly where the groups agree and disagree and develops a consensus among the groups. The comparison matrix, the simple consensus graph, and the opinion digraph are introduced and used to make the consensus process effective and consistent. An example of the consensus process is given
