  • Abstract
High-pressure chemical churning pile is used to reinforce soft soil foundation. Pile, pile soil and mattress layer constitute composite foundation which has large strength and small settlement. In the paper, reinforcement mechanism of high-pressure chemical churning pile is analyzed, strength calculation formula of composite foundation that using high-pressure chemical churning pile to reinforce loess tunnel foundation is given, finite element model of settlement calculation is established. The author analysis the influence of pile length, pile diameter and pile spacing on composite foundation maximum settlement, and draws the conclusion that increasing pile diameter and pile length and decreasing pile spacing can reduce the maximum settlement of composite foundation. The paper lists the project using high-pressure chemical churning pile to reinforce loess tunnel foundation. It proves that high-pressure chemical churning pile is an effective method in loess tunnel foundation reinforcement.
