  • Abstract
    The given work is devoted to a problem of numerical simulation and analysis of the vertical cavity laser´s parameters with the purpose of improving numerical simulation methods. The analysis of the VCSEL with the help of the mathematical model based on thermal conduction and carrier diffusion equations are presented
