  • Abstract
    A new model for simulation of slightly dispersed fiber propagation losses is proposed. It take into consideration the structure of inclusions with absorbing centers. As an example we investigate the optical losses of the single-mode fiber fabricated by modern technology with absorbing impurities including hydroxyl (-OH)
