Abstract
Because of the special nature of communications systems, designing and developing a simple and targeted multimedia communications platform is the focus of this work. The main features of the platform are applying the existing messaging middleware technology to the system in order to meet the messaging needs communication system, extending the message middleware, adding configurable signaling and encryption Function, providing the system for P2P media and data transfer middleware with P2P (Peer-to-Peer) and RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) technology. Ultimately the task is to form a hybrid multimedia communication middleware platform.
