Abstract
The paper proposes an mean square consensus protocol to solve the consensus problem of the second-order multi-agent systems with noisy measurement and interconnection communication delays. A neighbor-based consensus protocol with adaptive feedback gain is proposed for the follower agents to track the leader asymptotically. Numerical simulation is also given to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.
