Abstract
This paper proposes a novel method of monitoring airplanes in infrared image. First classification of airplanes is implemented. Recognition of aircraft conditions can be realized. Changes of airplanes including types, quantity and states can be obtained compared with the used data. Based on the result, a set of warning conditions are generated. It can be concluded that such an approach is effective for monitoring airfield dynamics.
