Abstract
The communication training is very important in the field of the medical treatment and the education. Our purpose is to develop the communications system using the easy vital sign of electroencephalogram (EEC) wave, electrocardiographic (ECG) wave and the bloodstream, etc. In this paper, fuzzy learning vector quantization (FLVQ) is used for the means of communication.
