Abstract
Hydrothermally synthesized powder processing and dielectric properties are reported for lead magnesium niobate (PbMg1/3Nb 2/3O3) ceramics. Dielectric constants above 17000 at the Curie point and 1 kHz in pure PMN and PMN-excess range MgO were achieved at sintering temperatures from 900 to 1300°C and exhibited gradually increased values in spite of the clear increase both in sintering temperature and MgO
