  • Abstract
    Strong acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW) has a bactericidal ability. The pH levels of SAEW did not change for long-term, however, its bactericidal ability kept storage for one week was reduced. These indicate that a bactericidal ability of SAEW is independent of its pH level.
