  • Abstract
    In order to protect territorial waters from illicit fishing, waterage and other violations the over-the-horizon detection of surface objects at the 3-cm wavelengths is considered. Application of a bistatic radar with the use of an active lightship, set beyond the bounds of the horizon, was proposed.
