Design and implementation of content aware image resizing tool based on Scilab

The traditional image processing is insufficient because it is oblivious to the content of the image, which can only be applied uniformly. However, effective images resizing should not only use geometric constraints, but also consider the image content as well. Sci Resizor is a simple but wonderful image processing software, by which image can be processed to change the size in accord with its content. This paper describes the design of the software and its implementation based on Scilab.
