  • Abstract
    The design of control system of microwave heating asphalt pavement maintenance truck was presented in this paper, and the functional requirements of control system of the truck was put forward as well. Through the hardware design of IPC and the next-bit machine-based, the development and implementation of man-machine interface and image display based on the VB program, as well as the establishment of SCM control flow, the two intelligent control problems in the microwave heating of asphalt pavement repair aspects of renewable were solved. By controlling the scope of the heating wall heating and heating time, three heating methods of sustained heating, space heating, and scan heating were achieved. Experimental tests show that the heating control system is fully enough to satisfy the control requirements.
