Abstract
Based on the analysis of coal and electricity industry peculiarities and present conflicts, according to the Stackelberg game features demonstrated by coal and electricity supply chain profit distribution of joint venture, this paper uses bi-Ievel programming theory to construct the coal and electricity supply chain profit distribution model, and gives the chaotic searching algorithm, and then uses the simulation example test the rationality of the model and put forward suggestions for improvement.
