  • Abstract
Inventory control system of electronic products is important in the reverse logistics. As the perishability of electronic products, namely short life cycle and sharply decreasing value, the products have their own limited time on sale. So, the overdue products have to be eliminated from the inventory. In the model, eliminable rate and price decrease rate should be added, making the model more close to reality. Then the derivative expression of best production amount and reproduction amount of manufacturer are got by applying EOQ (economic order quantity). Additionally, a simulation model establishes based on simulation software of ARENA and optimizes by OptQuest, which could provide storage strategy and production plan to guide reality manufacture and inventory control.
