  • Abstract
Meteorological data display involves real-time gathering and processing for various kinds of spacial and non-spacial data that is complex and massive, which makes high demand for the data handling ability and mechanism of the client. The existing client access mechanism, C/S mode is lack of uniform exchange standard, B/S mode is not available for handling spacial data, and consequently, it is difficult to realize an intuitionistic and real-time display for the massive and complicated meteorological data. According to the concept of ´information-gathering, service-polymerization´ while combining the ArcGIS geographic processing technology, this article proposes a kind of meteorological data display mechanism on the basis of G/S mode, which is based on HGML uniform exchange standard. This research will provide technical assistance for meteorological data display and it has great significance for the popularization application of meteorological service.
