Abstract
Increasing the channel capacity in the presence of interference is the dominant goal in wireless mobile communication. To achieve adequate interference suppression, the multisensor array is preferred for providing adequate spatial diversity. Recently a linearly constrained beamformer with a linear array has been investigated due to its capability of designated channel selection along the spatial directions in between certain transmitters and receivers. In this context, an efficient beamforming technique subject to multiple linear constraints is exploited under the situation that the linear array at each receiver has fewer sensors compared to that of the surrounding interference. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed method
