  • Abstract
    The paper based on the theory and model of DEA method to assure input and output efficiency evaluation index system combine with actual use of regional R&D resource in our country. Then use DEA method to measure and analysis the validity of input and output efficiency about R&D resource in 31 provinces and municipalities in China in 2009, point out the characteristic of R&D resource input and output efficiency in different types of provinces and municipalities and put forward effective measures to improve its efficiency.
