Abstract
This paper started from the concept of CMMB, combining with the industrial chain theory and business model theory, introduced the status of Chinese CMMB business development, and discussed five aspects of CMMB business modes (the present situation of CMMB business mode, business mode assessment, operation mode, charging mode, and profit mode). The mobile TV business as a new business, its success is not solely dependent on technology, but the business mode and the industry structure chain. Therefore, this article focused on detailed analysis of CMMB business modes, and analyzed the broadcasting independent mode and cooperation mode from multi-dimension. Finally, from the profit mode, industrial chain, marketing, and customer needs perspectives, this paper made innovative proposals.
