Abstract
This paper takes Henan province for example to establish the model which analyze the effect of rural physical and human capital investment on the farmers´ income, and comes to the conclusions that both the two aspects have made great contribution to the increase of farmers´ income, but the overall investment level are low, and the human capital investment enjoys a higher investment number and better effect on farmers´ income compared to physical investment. Therefore, to ensure the long-term stable growth of farmers´ income, it is necessary to increase the investment in agricultural production, while take various measures to promote the development of human capital in rural areas.
