  • Abstract
    Service outsourcing industry is an opportunity for the global industrial transition. Talent bottleneck and unified brand image are the major obstacles and challenges for China to enter vast service outsourcing market. On the basis of researches on the development of service outsourcing industry, this paper focuses on analyzing the quantity and quality requirements of human resources for China´s software and information service outsourcing industry and its rapid developments. It describes the characteristics and knowledge, ability and hierarchy understanding of the talents in the field of outsourcing services. Combine actual work which has been carried out, establish experimental zone for talent training, further adjust the structure of professional training in local undergraduate colleges and universities, increase the intensity of innovation in the talent training model.
