  • Abstract
    Due to a lack of core competitiveness, securities companies have a vicious competition by low commission in Tian Jin area. On the base of Nonaka´ knowledge management model, the particle discussed the process about the formation of securities companies´ core competitiveness. And we also give out that the path how to formate core competitiveness of the securities companies.
