Abstract
We developed a new type of piezoelectric linear motor harnessing a inertial force. The piezoelectric linear motor can be moved forward and backward by only a piece of the piezoelectric element. The linear motor consists of a bimorph piezoelectric element, trembler with a weight and a track. The difference of accelerations at a to-and-fro motion of the vibrating reed causes the linear motor to move. The resonance of the vibrating reed causes the linear motor to move in one direction
