Abstract
A model of a multiaccess broadcast channel is considered, which belongs to the class of decentralized control problems with k step delayed sharing information. It is shown that a decomposition of the problem is possible, based on a sufficient statistic, and that infinite horizon stationary strategies can be sought as functions of the latter information.
