    A collaborative EC-funded trial (ETHO]S) has demonstrated the successful development and implementation of an integrated European Home System (EHS) communications system using mainsborne signalling. The project clearly shows that the quality and range of customer services in the home can readily include improved heating system control, tariff management and other added value services
