Abstract
The distribution characteristics of Yangshapao lake, one of the high fluorine lakes in western Jilin Province, is comprehensively studied. The distribution and thickness of ice layer occurring in winter season has great effect on the concentration of fluorine in water body that is distributed unevenly. The distribution characteristics of fluorine in ice layer is also studied. Water quality balance equation has been set up and used to calculate the impact of ice layer on the distribution of fluorine in water body under different water depth and different initial concentration of fluorine. It provides design basis for water transmission project from Nen rive to Baicheng City, Jilin province.
