The empirical research on the application of Relay Technology to house decoration

As a new branch of management techniques, “Relay Technology” mainly focuses on the transitional steps in the process of a project management. It has practical significance on the house decoration projects that have many interconnected processes. By investigating two groups of similar house decoration projects, one with the Relay Technology implemented and one without, we found that the application of Relay Technology can substantially improve the efficiency and quality of the house decoration projects. Given the huge domestic house decoration market, this research certainly has great economic importance and interests.
