Abstract
The aim of this multi-agents architecture is to form a system made of software agents to help the capitalisation of knowledge, so as to create and use an organisation memory. First part, the knowledge of such a memory is represented by an ontology of concepts, which define vocational skills for each occupation, and abilities for each training or educational background (EB). In the second part, we explain how the system, to have a new occupation, we can find, before asking for a validation, the shortest possible educational and training paths, by a request. In a third part, we show that the solution of the interface problem is a main point for the success of the system.
