Abstract
The main goal of human-machine interface development is to produce an intelligent human-oriented, reliable and feature-full interaction module. The development is always constrained by several factors like technical or methodological constraints. Despite the difficulties, we can witness a huge increase of functionality of this technology. The interface module is based on the cooperation of several functional components, like sensors, actors, behavior engines, rule bases, displays and controllers. The functionality is not just a technical question; it depends also on the expectations and behavior of the human partners.
