  • Abstract
Internet has sponsored some revolutionary changes in the ways in which we interact with human society. One of the greatest dreams of the true Internet revolutionary was to enable cash to be available on the Internet. Thus helping the couch potato in increasing productivity. The last decade has seen many protocols for this concept. However, they failed in many aspects such as scalability of database, double spending etc. This paper illustrates the Phase-I: Initiation part of the new protocol for anonymous electronic commerce using electronic transaction and restricts itself to the electronic cash generation and transaction management and does not concern itself with the cryptographic aspects and network security issues. Among the design goals of the protocol, it is being designed to work with any cryptographic technique and authentication technique of the time when it is being brought to implementation.
