  • Abstract
In this paper a unified hybrid model is given for power electronic circuits based on hybrid system theory. Based on this model, a parameter identification method that can be applied in fault diagnosis is presented. Then hybrid models of six kinds of DC/DC circuits (including CCM and DCM mode), three-phase rectifier and three-phase inverter are presented. And the parameters can be identified by using least square algorithm based on these models. The validity of this method is validated by experiments in which the inductance, capacitance, load resistance and ESR of capacitor of buck circuit are identified
