Abstract
In this paper, inverse parabolic problem with unknown boundary condition are divided into two separate problems, which is direct and inverse problem, finite difference method (FDM) and finite volume method (FVM) will be used to solve these two problems. The surface heat flux histories at x=0 will be identified from the over-specified data by the FVM and weight coefficient method. Numerical example will also be presented, and the results show that our method is useful and effective.
